“ I’m originally from northern New Jersey. I’ve been in Greenville for almost 6 years now and I’ve tried many different pizza down here. I have to say this is the closest that I have found to back home. I feel it’s the best pizza in the upstate. I know there’s a few other good places, but this one is the one I like the best. I would highly recommend you give it a try. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. ”
“ Kind of made me laugh , you can order anyway you want as long as it’s the way they make it . I kind of thought of the “Soup Nazi” from Seinfeld . The website announces that all pizzas are 16” with 8 slices and are cooked well done . No substitutions , no half/half . Carry out only . Pick up time slots are limited . It pays to preorder , as the pizza often sells out . When you arrive the business is tucked away in the back of an industrial park . There is no storefront . The sign on the door announces that it is an event catering business . Only a neon sign that says “ Pizza” in the window hints that you’ve found the spot . Walking in , there is no counter , no cash register ... only a lobby , and a glimpse of an industrial kitchen in the back . There is a steel shelf for pizza pickups . I arrived early for my 5:49 pickup time . At precisely 5:49 my pizza was walked out to me by one of the only two people there . Despite the peculiarities of the the business model the pizza more than makes up for any perceived oddities . There are several pizza options , I chose “Classic Pepperoni “ : San Marzano tomatoes , mozzarella, garlic , pepperoni, pecorino, basil. The tangy tomato is in perfect balance with the spicy cup-and -char pepperoni . The crust is crisp and chewy. This is an artisan pizza and is very , very good. Tbh I am still a fan of pizza loaded with cheese and sauce like my favorite , Myles Pizza Pub , but this is a delicious pizza and great for a change . I’d say 8 out of 10 for anywhere and 9 out of 10 for South Carolina . ”
“ The best pizza in the upstate. We live about 30 mins away and we will brave woodruff road, just for this pizza. My husband loves their Pinky Tuscadero and my favorite is the Brooklyn. Both pizzas will take you to flavor town. The vodka sauce on the Pinky is out of this world, but man oh man the Brooklyn is just something special. Between the perfectly flavored sauce, the perfectly seasoned sausage, the sweet and slightly spicy peppers, and the creamiest dollops of ricotta, It will blow your mind. The crust is edible, with the perfect crunch and chew. I also love how much fresh basil they give you, I usually use 1-2 leaves on a slice. Probably in the top 3 best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. ”

“ This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in GVL and likewise the Carolina’s. The crust is light and crispy, the ingredients taste fresh. It tastes and feels like whoever made it truly loves pizza and what they do, will be my new go to pizza spot! ”
“ Absolutely love the Rosalita with the crispy crust, salty pepperoni, creamy ricotta cheese and generous amounts of fresh basil!! We come back time after time and it always hits the spot. Not sure what people complain about when they state it’s online order only. Sure they have off hours but it’s not your typical pizza place. And that’s okay. Just have to look for that information beforehand and do your due diligence. Our pizza has been five stars every time but I would just recommend checking your pizza as always before heading out the door. I have a feeling they just have new employees as they missed the ricotta cheese on our last pizza but we had that added before heading out the door. Otherwise out of the numerous times we’ve ordered here, pizza has always been spot on!! And can’t say that for eating out/ordering out very often. So thank you!! ”
“ I've lived in Greenville for over year now and this is by far the best food we've had in the area. I like the way they do it. You order online and choose an available time to pick up. We ordered on a Saturday morning, pick up time was at 11:55. We arrived at 11:45 and literally only waited a minute or 2 for our pie. The pizza we ordered was just a traditional pepperoni. It was incredible. Long and thin like a NY style pizza. Crunchy and soft dough. The pizza was not dry, nor was it overly oily. It had a perfect balance of sauce, cheese and toppings. I think the fresh basil added a subtle authenticity to the pie and the pepperoni were cooked so perfectly, that they gently curled up and were lightly charred on the ends. ”
